» Background:
Avamore Capital was established in late 2015 and its total lending currently stands at over £200m. As an institutionally funded lender, its rates are in line with challenger banks, with interest rates starting from 6.5% pa on conversion and residential bridging transactions. Avamore is backed by a highly experienced team; its credit committee meets daily to ensure quick feedback and brings together a wealth of knowledge in property development, investment, finance and property law which allows the team to assess each transaction from a range of perspectives. Its relationship managers are incredibly committed to delivering the best results for customers; having all previously worked as intermediaries, they understand that Avamore’s performance reflects on the reputation of its introducing brokers.
